Abstract
One of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) programs for Building Villages-MBKM in Lalombonda Village, Amonggedo District, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the Dasa Wisma group through training in making crispy brownies with sago flour. This program is implemented through socialization, counseling and mentoring with a participatory approach, where the Dasa Wisma group actively participates from the beginning to the end of the activity. This program consists of four main stages: preparation, preparation of materials, training and mentoring, and finalization. The results of this activity show that the training on crispy brownies with sago flour was successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of Dasa Wisma members, with the ultimate aim of increasing their income and ability to process food products that utilize local potential in Lalombonda Village.
