Training on Making Fish Nuggets with the Addition of Banana Hearts Dasa Wisma Group in Lalombonda Village

Abstract

One of The Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) Building Villages-MBKM in Lalombonda Village, District. Amonggedo, Kab. Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, aims to provide knowledge and skills to the Dasa Wisma group through training in making fish nuggets with the addition of banana blossoms. This activity was carried out using a method that involved socialization, counseling and mentoring using a participatory approach, where the Dasa Wisma group was actively involved from the beginning to the end of the activity. This program consists of four main stages: preparation, preparation of materials, training and mentoring, and finalization. The results of this activity show that the training in making fish nuggets with banana blossoms was successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of Dasa Wisma members, with the ultimate aim of increasing their income and ability to process food products by exploiting the potential that exists in Lalombonda Village.
